Potters Trace is a small pocket community off of Potters Rd in Wesley Chapel. Ryan Homes built Potters Trace in 2000 or so. Most lots are .25 to a third of an acre. Potters Trace features a playground and walking trails. Most homes have 4-5 bedrooms and have low maintenance exteriors. Potters Trace is located between Indian Trail and Monroe in the village of Wesley Chapel. Shopping and dining are a short drive away. Lots of house for the money- a good value!
