Blackstone is a gorgeous neighborhood built by Shea Homes between 2000 and 2007. Blackstone is located between the elementary school and the Wesley Chapel town center. Harris Teeter, Target, Walgreens, Blockbuster are a few of the shops on the corner of Highway 84 and Waxhaw-Indian Trail Road.
Blackstone features all brick homes on spacious lots varying from a half acre to a full acre. Homes in Blackstone range from 3000 heated sq ft to over 5000 in some of the basement homes. Most homes in Blackstone have 3 car garages.
Blackstone is approximately 22 miles from Uptown Charlotte and down the road from the Optimist Sports Facility. The neighborhood also is in a sought after school district and has full amenities: pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and walking trails.

Hunters Pointe is an affordable, pocket neighborhood located between the conveniences of Wesley Chapel and the amenities provided along the Highway 74 corridor. Hunters Pointe homes range from 1700 htd sq ft to 3400 sq ft. and the homes range in styles. Currently these homes are in the popular Weddington school cluster.

Four builders completed this neighborhood-Ryland Homes, Lennar, Korben Homes and Ellex Custom Homes. Lindenwood homes range from 2300-4500 sq ft and most are 2 stories with a handful of basement homes. Lindenwood also has desirable schools- and the mayor lives there too!

Potters Trace is a small pocket community off of Potters Rd in Wesley Chapel. Ryan Homes built Potters Trace in 2000 or so. Most lots are .25 to a third of an acre. Potters Trace features a playground and walking trails. Most homes have 4-5 bedrooms and have low maintenance exteriors.
Potters Trace is located between Indian Trail and Monroe in the village of Wesley Chapel. Shopping and dining are a short drive away. Lots of house for the money- a good value!
